Kupandole, Lalitpur. The Westminster College successfully organized a Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking Essential Training Programme along with a Capture the Flag (CTF) Challenge. The event was held from 7 July to 18 July 2025 at the college premises.

The ten-day workshop aimed to equip students with practical knowledge and skills in the field of cybersecurity. Participants were engaged in interactive sessions designed to simulate real-world cyberattack scenarios and ethical hacking practices.

During the workshop, students learned how to use real-world hacking tools, explored various cybersecurity career paths, trained in expert-led simulations, and received a certificate of completion at the end of the programme.

The Capture the Flag Challenge brought an added layer of excitement and competition. Students worked in teams to solve cybersecurity challenges, applying the concepts and tools they learned throughout the training.

The Westminster College appreciates the commitment shown by all participating students in actively learning and applying cybersecurity concepts in a practical and competitive environment. The event marked a significant step in promoting technical awareness and ethical practices among the future generation of cybersecurity professionals.
