Kupandole, Lalitpur. Member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Dr. Chandra Bhandari emphasized that the active participation of youth is essential for the development of the nation. He shared this view during the event titled "Student Interaction with Public Representative", jointly organized by Youth Vision Network and The Westminster College.

Dr. Bhandari, who is also a member of the Education, Health, and Information Technology Committee under the House of Representatives, highlighted that politics should prioritize long-term nation-building and systemic reform over positions and power.

He pointed out the complex and challenging current state of the country, urging young people to take on an active, responsible, and conscious role in politics. According to Dr. Bhandari, it is time for the new generation to lead the change, as informed and aware participation is the key to political transformation.

During the session, he also openly discussed his perspectives on national politics, the current scenario, the role of youth, and the importance of political awareness with the students of The Westminster College.
