Westminster College Hosts Interactive Leadership Workshop for CRs
Kupandole, Lalitpur. On 8 February 2026, The Westminster College successfully conducted a high-energy leadership session titled “Building Us Together” as part of the CR Induction Week 2026. The programme was facilitated by Neetu Agrawal, an experienced leadership trainer and art-based therapist from Maiti Nepal, and led by Subas Gauli, ECA Manager.
The four-hour session engaged Class Representatives (CRs) and active student leaders in interactive activities designed to strengthen leadership skills, teamwork, and communication.
Participants explored real-life scenarios, including handling administrative challenges, managing deadlines, and leading student initiatives effectively. Creative group projects and mock exercises added a practical, hands-on element to the learning experience.
The session ensured meaningful participation by including winners of the Intra Sports Competition. Students reported enhanced confidence, improved problem-solving skills, and a clearer understanding of their responsibilities as leaders.
