Job Summary:
The Marketing & Business Development Officer is responsible for supporting the growth of the company by assisting in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential students, and contributing to market research and sales strategies. This role involves working closely with senior team members to help achieve business expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Support
- Assist in identifying potential students, partners, and new business opportunities.
- Support in preparing presentations for prospective schools, proposals, and business development materials.
- Maintain relationships with existing schools and contribute in expanding further networks with schools.
- Assist in conducting follow-ups with prospects and leads to convert them to study with us.
2. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in identifying student’s interest areas and preferences through surveys and research.
3. School Relationship Management
- Maintain school databases both within and outside the valley and ensure accurate records of interactions.
- Help address their inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication.
Support in organizing meetings, networking events, and business presentations.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and business development updates.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Provide support in tracking sales targets and business performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively to different regions.
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in foreign affiliated higher education institutions.
- Knowledge of student recruitment trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with lead generation, conversion strategies, and partnership development.
