The Westminster College is proud to announce the successful completion of its "Cyber Security in the Information Age" workshop. The event was held at Westminster College, Kupondole, Lalitpur, from 28th to 29th September, 2023 in collaboration with Silk Innovation.

Day 1: Building Strong Foundations

On the first day, participants delved into the fundamental concepts of cybersecurity. The workshop began with informative lectures, providing a comprehensive overview of the threats and challenges faced in the digital age. It was followed by interactive discussions that laid the groundwork for the hands-on activities to come.

Day 2: Hands-On Experience

The second day witnessed enthusiastic participants actively engaging in hands-on activities. Students showcased their skills in addressing various cybersecurity challenges, including brute force attacks, SQL injection, and the usage of essential tools like Burp Suite. They also explored the implementation of security frameworks to fortify digital defenses.

Certificate of Participation

The workshop concluded with the presentation of Certificates of Participation to the dedicated students. The certificates were a testament to their commitment to understanding and addressing the evolving world of cybersecurity.
